Citlali: La XicanX Super Hero is a cartoon character created by Kuetzpal Vasquez in 1998 so young women could see women in our cultura in a positive role as opposed to the negative stereotypes perpetuated by mass media.
This tee is an original graphic created by Kuetzpal Vasquez, professional artist and associate professor at Our Lady of the Lake University.
